When ordering catering with Emerald Hill Cafe you are bound by our Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

Cancellation Policy

• Please note cancellations 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled catering delivery time will not incur a fee
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled catering delivery time will incur a fee amounting to 50% of total catering order
• Any cancellations on the same day as the scheduled catering will incur a fee amounting to 75% of total catering order

Allergy Notification

Please note that although we make every effort to cater for specific dietary needs through our online ordering system, there may be traces of allergens present as all meals are prepared in the same kitchen.
